Membership

An active member is one who enjoys all the privileges including but not limited to:

1. Hosting the prayer meetings.
2. Enjoying full support of the group in times of need.
3. Privileged to serve in the Holy Family Novena Prayer Group Committee.  Absentee members of the Holy Family Novena Prayer Group will (ipso facto) render one inactive thus losing the privileges.  Re-instatement into the status will require a full attendance of one circle of the Holy Family Novena Prayer Group unbroken.  Only serious sickness or the like will be exempt.  The Holy Family Novena Prayer Group Executive will determine the legitimate absenteeism. Habitual late-coming will be treated as absenteeism; this too will be determined by the Holy Family Novena Prayer Group Executives.  Anyone can enroll/attend the Holy Family Novena Prayer Group meeting at any point during the Novena.  However, enrollment/attendance when the circle had already started means one cannot be an active member until you completed that circle unbroken.  Upon enrollment at the beginning of a circle one is presumed an active Holy Family member by the promise.  Whenever one loses one’s status even if one had enrolled to host the meeting, will (ipso facto) lose that privilege.  At this point any volunteer can host the meeting and if not, the Chaplin will host it and meal will be by pot lock.  At the beginning of each circle, active members will select the months they can host.  Any member who abuses his or her office as determined by the Holy Family Novena Group Executives shall be removed.There will be an assembly made of representatives from every committee they will hold meetings at least twice in every circle. Each committee will elect its own representative.

• The Holy Family Novena Prayer Group Executive Council shall be made up of the President, Vice- President, Chaplain, CPA/finance Officer, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary, and two members from the assembly.
• We shall be closing the Holy Family Novena Prayer Group meeting with night prayers preceded by brief meeting of different committees.
